Hello Ladies- In March Trulee Goble will be hosting Cooking Club. The theme is "Green Eggs & Ham." (In honor of Dr. Seuss' Birthday). So, get those creative juices flowing- anything green, or with eggs or with ham will do the trick!
Cooking Club will be Tuesday, March 11th at 7:00 pm. Trulee's address is 1993 South 1600 West. See you there!

Spinach Salad
1 10 oz. pkg. baby spinach
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup slivered almonds (toasted at 350 for 8 minutes
1 Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced.
Toss above ingredients, and add dressing just before serving.
Dressing: (In blender combine the following)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. red onion
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
